(VE) Spiced butternut squash soup with coconut, coriander and pumpkin seeds

Main Course

Sweet Soy Beef short rib served with rice and seasonal vegetables

(V/VE) Red lentil dhal with caramelised onion, sweet potato and fresh coriander, served with flatbread

Dessert Course

Sticky toffee pudding with sticky toffee sauce and whipped cream

(VE) Vegan chocolate brownie with plant based cream

Evening Food

Food will also be provided in the evening which can cater to a range of requirements
